JCI India Zone Level Quiz Competition - Rules & Regulations (Reloaded)

1. Competition is open to all JCs, Jcrts & JJs of all the LOMs of Zone XXII. Questions will be based on general knowledge, current affairs and JCI knowledge.
2. The quiz will be conducted online at 8 pm everyday from May 10-16, 2020. The link will be provided in our blog https://bit.ly/JCIQUIZ2020.  The form containing the questions will be open for competition exactly at 8 pm on each day.
3. The participants will have to fill in their Name, Mobile no., email ID & Name of LOM to enter the quiz. Please ensure that each participant enters the same mobile number & email during all the seven days of the quiz. In case of duplicate entry by a participant the first entry only will be considered
4. A maximum of 15 minutes will be given to answer the questions. The forms will be deactivated automatically at the end of 15 minutes. This will be preset and there will not be any automatic form submission in case the participant fails to submit it before the expiry of the time. Those responses appearing in the Google Forms Response Sheet available with the Quiz Master only will be considered for deciding the winners.
5. In order to avoid captcha from appearing in google forms, automatic collection of email IDs will not be there. Instead, email IDs will be collected as a normal field. Google Forms will not send automated mails, once automatic collection of email IDs are stopped. (This is a built-in feature of google forms). Participants will be able to view their scores and their answers by clicking on the View Score button after submission of answers.
6. To bring in more transparency to the quiz, a screenshot of the Google Forms Response Sheet, with time stamp (mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss) will be published in the WhatsApp chat groups once the quiz is over.
7. There will be starred questions in each quiz. In case of a tie, marks obtained in the starred questions will be used to break the tie. If the tie is not broken by this method, time of submission of the answers will be used to break the tie.
8. Leader board will be published after due verification of answers on the succeeding day. Overall winners will be announced after the completion of seven days of quiz. The host LOM members and ZGB will NOT be eligible to participate in the quiz.
9. Decision of Quiz Masters’ panel will be final and binding on all.
10. First, Second and Third Prize winners and the LOM & Region with maximum participation will be awarded in the MidCon.
11. As this quiz is intended for the purpose of sharing of knowledge also, the Google Form will be again opened after one hour of the cut off time, so that those who are genuinely interested in the quiz can still access the same.
