• A maximum of 15 minutes will be given to answer the questions. On expiry of 15 minutes, i.e. at 8:15 PM IST, the form will automatically stop accepting responses. If you fail to submit it before the expiry of the time, the response will not be recorded.

• Please enter your category, valid email ID, Name, Mobile no. & Name of LOM to enter the quiz.

• Choose the most appropriate answer from the options given each question. There are questions with the symbol (*), which are classified as starred questions. These questions will be used as tie-breaker questions, in case of a tie.

• Once you submit your answers, you will be able to see your score and the answers given by you.
